Wealth Management Built for Employees with Stock Compensation
Do you love tracking new tax laws, market shifts, and legislative changes to figure out exactly how they affect your money?

Most people don't. That's a big portion of what this work entails.
The other portion is judgment. Knowing which decisions are reversible and which ones aren't. Knowing when to act on an equity event and when waiting costs you. Knowing how a Roth conversion this year affects your tax bracket three years from now.
That's not something a spreadsheet tells you. It's what 15+ years of experience working through these situations looks like in practice.
And unlike most advisory firms, with SWP, you're not paying more for it every time your portfolio grows.
The Fee Model Most Advisors Don't Want You Thinking About
Most advisory firms charge 1% of your assets every year. As your wealth grows, so does the advisor's invoice, whether they did any more work or not.

Think about that for a second. Your accountant doesn't charge more because you got a raise. Your attorney doesn't bill higher because your house appreciated. No other professional service works this way. The 1% of fees model is the exception (not in a good way), and most people don't realize it until they do the math.

At SWP, we charge a flat annual fee that covers both financial planning and investment management. When the market performs well, that growth belongs to you.
The chart below shows what that difference in fees paid looks like over 20 years. That gap isn't a rounding error. For many clients, it's a paid for college education, a vacation home, or years shaved off the timeline to financial independence.
